J Arts 360 View is a Guelph-based real estate media studio. Harpreet has spent years behind the camera for agents across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA — thousands of rooms, hundreds of tours, and a simple standard: show the property honestly, and show it at its best.
That means arriving on time, working around your sellers, shooting clean and consistent sets, and getting files back before you need them. No re-shoots, no surprises on the invoice.

Turnaround, coverage and the practical stuff
Photos are typically delivered by the next business day. Video and 3D tours usually take one to two business days depending on the size of the property. If you have a hard listing deadline, flag it when you book and it will be prioritised.
Fully edited interior and exterior images, colour and vertical corrected, delivered in both MLS-sized and web/social-sized versions through a single download link. Sky replacement and basic yard tidy-ups are included where needed.
No. Lockbox or seller access both work fine. What helps most is a property that's already tidy — blinds open, counters clear, cars off the driveway and pets out of the way.
Yes, and it's the most common way to book. Everything is captured in one visit, which keeps the cost per item down and means one delivery link instead of four. See the price list for bundle pricing.
Interiors go ahead regardless. Drone flights and exteriors get rescheduled at no charge if conditions are unsafe or unusable, or the exterior can be re-shot later once the listing is live.
All listed prices are before HST. An invoice goes out with your delivery link — e-transfer or card both work. Agents shooting regularly can be set up on monthly billing.
